Help for Accidental Landlords 
An Accidental Landlord is a landlord who didn’t intentionally invest in a property but has found themselves with a property often with a tenant already in place. This often occurs due to an inheritance, or a house move due to a change in work location, or relationship. 


If you are an accidental landlord, not only may you have inherited a property and tenant, but you may also be at risk of inheriting a poorly managed, perhaps even illegal, property. We can help to review what is in place, advise on any changes needed to bring the property or tenancy up to legal standards and help to put together a future plan. This may result in you wanting to sell the property in which case we can help find a suitable buyer, or you may want to continue as a landlord, and we can help you do that with minimum stress. 



Help for single-investment Landlords 
As a single-investment landlord, you may have been managing the property yourself. This used to be quite easy to do, but unless you have the time and expertise it can now be a significant risk. A Landlord can end up in court, with a potential prison sentence, should something happen and the Law hasn’t been followed.
