If we think you could do a few small things to boost the value, we’ll tell you (and help make it happen).
2. How quickly can I sell?
If your home’s priced well and marketed properly — including staging, professional photography, and strong online presence — you’ll usually find a buyer within the first few weeks. In fact, data shows that homes that sell in the first 30 days have a 90%+ chance of completing. Leave it too long, and that figure drops by nearly half.
3. Do I need to do work to my house before selling?
Not always. Some buyers are looking for a project — others want move-in ready. We’ll advise you honestly on what’s worth doing and what’s not. Sometimes a deep clean, a de-clutter, and a fresh coat of paint in the right spots does more than spending thousands on a new kitchen.
