A father-and-son team, Peter and Joe bring an energy and refreshing approach to the estate agency sector. With an approach based on relationships and trust, the focus is on people, and helping their clients achieve their goals. 


Meet Peter 
Peter is no stranger to the property market. With a career in banking, Peter has always been involved in property investment and renovation. With a strong reputation in the region as a property market expert, Peter has the connections, local knowledge and expertise to help with any of his client’s challenges. Whether looking to sell or buy a home or seeking an investment property, Peter can help. 


 “Working with my son is a privilege – and great fun. It works well as we share the same ethos and principles, but each of us brings a different personality,” explains Peter. “I’ve been working in the property sector in one way or another my entire career, so the combination of Joe’s fresh approach and my experience means our clients get the best.”

Joe brings an energy and enthusiasm to the business second to none. Open, honest and trustworthy, Joe is an authentic people person. He grew up listening to his Dad talking about his property business and caught his passion for it. Joe already has a reputation as a “go-to person” always happy to help, and looking for solutions. He genuinely loves meeting people and looks at every new meeting as an opportunity to learn and develop. 


“I always knew I wanted to work for myself, and starting an estate agency with my Dad has been brilliant. Helping people to achieve their goals through the property market is such a feel-good business,” says Joe. “I have helped clients up-size, down-size, be able to retire early, invest in their future financial security and support families through probate. Every day, and client, is different and equally rewarding.”

Joe and Peter genuinely want to help. Both have always volunteered and been involved in community groups reflecting their ethos of supporting others. Their business is based on their ability to connect and build relationships. They get to know their clients, and their property, to seek out the best buyer for them. Viewings are managed directly by either Joe or Peter – or both. They will know the property well by that stage and be able to talk knowledgeable not only about the property but about the area.
