Joe brings energy, enthusiasm and a fresh approach to the business. A people person who has always been drawn to high energy, problem-solving activities from climbing, to ski instructing to the property market! Having spent his childhood listening to his Dad talking about property, he has learnt by osmosis over the dinner table and could be said to have property running in his veins. Joe will be the first to admit that one of his favourite parts of his business is getting to see different people’s homes, and lifestyles, and help them achieve whatever they see the next step being. With a reputation as always being happy to help, and always being happy, Joe is a great lead for the Joe Wood Property Team.

Peter brings his wealth of experience and local network to the team. With experience in all aspects of the property sector, including mortgages, financing, redevelopment, lettings and residential, Peter is a fountain of knowledge! His passion and love of property is clear to all. The perfect business partner for Joe, they make a formidable duo. The Father/Son relationship displays the same ethos and principles, whilst each brings different strengths to the team. And Joe reckons Peter makes a cracking cup of tea!
